Madres de la Plaza de Mayo (Mothers of Mayo Square) on their weekly march, protesting for their 'disappeared' children during the Dirty War of the Argentine military dictatorship (1976-83). During the dirty war military and security forces and right-wing death squads (also known as Argentine Anticommunist Alliance - Triple A) hunted down and killed left-wing guerrillas, political dissidents, and anyone believed to be against the military regime.
