Exeter College Hall, 1814. After Augustus Charles Pugin (1762-1832). Exeter College is one of the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford in Oxford, England. It was founded in 1314 by Walter de Stapledon (1261-1326), Bishop of Exeter. The hall, constructed in 1618, is notable for its vaulted ceilings and numerous portraits.
