Deserted whaling village of Kangerq in Nuuk Fjord outside Greenland's Capital city of Nuuk, inhabited for 4,000 years until 1970 but abandoned when the Danish government centralized small settlements, moving the inhabitants to larger cities. Once this was home for 200 people and included stores, a school, church and small health clinic. View of village from inside one of the buildings.
