BAIR, KENNETH HENRY, entered the Second Reserve OfficersTraining Camp at Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., and was commissioned second lieu-tenant, Field Artillery Corps, at the end of the training course. He wasassigned to the 10th Field Artillery at Douglas, Ariz., along the Mexicanborder. In April, 1918, he was transferred to the Balloon Service as anobserver and saw active service with the 5th, 7th, 15th and 44th Companiesin the St. Mihiel and Metz sectors. He left France
