MANILA, Philippines (March 15, 2019) - Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Tyjhay McCain, from South Bend, Ind., and Mark Sangalang leap for the tip off of a goodwill basketball game between 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) and the Colegio de San Juan, Letran Knights in Manila, Philippines. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
