Gaza, Palestine. 21 August 2021. Palestinian Ambulance and Civil Defence crews are on stand-by during a demonstration in the Malika refugee camp on the east of Gaza City. Clashes have occurred between the demonstrators and the Israeli army on Saturday on the 52nd anniversary of an attempted burning of the Al-Aqsa mosque. According to the Gaza Health Ministry more than 40 Palestinians were injured by Israeli troops during the clashes, two of them critically including a 13-year-old boy.
