Children from Soldiers and Pyeongtaek local residents enjoy the inflatable playground and slide May 19 in the kid’s play area of Independence Park during the 2018 Spring Festival on USAG Humphreys. During the festival Korean citizens were allowed to come on to the installation’s Independence Park and see a little of what life is like on the Garrison.
