Alima, a 3-year-old Afghan girl, waits with other refugees living in the Farah City District V Refugee Camp on Jan. 9, 2010, to receive donated items sent from the United States and delivered to the camp by the Farah Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Civil Affairs Team. The items included shoes, winter coats and blankets and were distributed by Abdul Khaaleq Amini, director of the Department of Refugees and Repatriation (DoRR) office for Farah Province, with the help of two Afghan National Police (ANP) officers and several refugee elders.
