Romania (Aug. 27, 2018) Christopher Johnson, a civil service marine and first engineer aboard the Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport ship USNS Carson City (T-EPF 7), gives a tour of the ship's engine room to Romanian military members in Constanta, Romania, Aug. 27, 2018. Carson City is the seventh of nine expeditionary fast transport ships in Military Sealift Command's inventory with a primary mission of providing rapid transport of military equipment and personnel in theater via its 20,000 square foot reconfigurable mission bay area and seating for 312 passengers.
