Operation Provide Promise. Air Force SENIOR AIRMAN Harry B. Reever, with the 436th Aerial Port Squadron, Dover Air Force Base, Del., inspects a truck load of flour that has arrived from the Port of Sigonella, Italy. The flour will be flown on a humanitarian relief flight to Sarajevo. Each flight consist of food, medicine and blankets totalling 35,000 pounds is being shipped to the war-torn nation of Bosnia-Hercegovina as part of the operation. Base: Ancona Country: Italy (ITA)
