MARBLE ARCH 2 August 2021. The Marble Arch Mound outdoor attraction remains closed to the public a few days after it was opened. The 25m high artificial mound was Commissioned by Westminster City Council and designed by MVRDV architects, at a reported cost of £2m, ”but has been criticised and ridiculed as the new green space which did not match what was advertised.
