Members of SARA, the Southern Arizona Rescue Association team descending out of the mountains after going up to help a fall victim in Catalina State Park, Arizona. Search And Rescue Council, Inc, (SARCI), is a non-profit corporation which coordinates six all-volunteer local search and rescue groups. Through SARCI, the varied skills of these teams are combined into a unified, professional resource available to local law enforcement and emergency service agencies in Pima County and southern Arizona.
