Some 300 Bolinders were ordered during the War by the Admiralty, some of them for Monitors patrolling the Flanders Coast—a re- markable tribute to the high qualities of the engine. Over 13,500 Bolinder Engines equal to 650,000 , are in successful service in all parts of the World.
