This led to ademand for the same kind of organization and work in the entire state,since a similar pro rata vote in all the counties would mean 250,000 votesin the state, and over 4,000 officials elected to office. In March, 1907, the writer was elected State Chairman. We atonce inaugurated Oswego County plans in the balance of the state, andhave been cheered by scores of our discouraged men rallying to the present we have over three-fourths of the 4,522 election districts ofthe state enrolled
