London, UK. 13th Oct, 2016. Protesters hold white flowers, posters and a large norice 'Stop Killing' outside the Philipine Embassy. They have come to deliver a letter to the Philippines Ambassador calling for President Rodrigo Duterte to end his repeated calls for police and public to kill those who use and deal drugs and withdraw his promise there will be no prosecutions for these extra-judicial killings.
