It was out of the usual, therefore we enjoyed itvery much. Among the men present was the President of theKiangsu Provincial Assembly, the Governor of Mukden,Manchuria, and other notable Chinese. We had met thePresident of the Assembly at Nanking and although he couldnot speak English, through an interpreter we had a veryinteresting discussion on constitutional government, which isthe all-important subject before them at the present time andthey are all very anxious to learn from us all we know aboutthe various branches
