Mini venison and pork burgers made from the home-minced saddle and neck fillets of a roe deer, Capreolus capreolus, and minced supermarket pork. Fried onion and sage were added to the mince and the burgers were topped with melted cambozola cheese and a rasher of fried streaky bacon. Served on mixed selection of mini-rolls. Venison can be dry as it has little fat so minced pork is often added when making venison burgers. Mini burgers are sometimes referred to as sliders in the United States of America. England UK GB
