The caudal lobes in two of the specimens are somewhat pointed, but in the third rounded ; caudal peduncle about 3 times as long as deep, about f length of head. Scales in lateral line 53; }-f scales in transverse series across body, \\ in transverse series between dorsal and anal, 16 round caudal peduncle. Colour (of preserved specimens), mottled brown.
