PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 11, 2018) Rear Adm. Michael Wettlaufer, commander, Carrier Strike Group 3, prepares to exit an EA-18G Growler assigned to the “Wizards” of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 141 aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) during dual carrier operations. Ronald Reagan and John C. Stennis are underway and conducting operations in international waters as part of a dual carrier strike force exercise. The Navy has patrolled the Indo-Pacific region routinely for more than 70 years promoting regional security, stability and prosperity.
