P. N. Tsu to had armed himself with letters of in-troduction from friends in Shanghai; who had friends in Wusih. One of theseI letters secured for Mr. Tsu a warm wel-I come, and to it may be traced the successof his mission. This letter was writtenj by a man who was formerly a teacher in what is now St. Johns in St. Johns he had been anxiousto learn English,
