Col. Kevin McCaskey, 39th Air Base Wing (ABW) vice commander, gives a lecture to Airmen of the 39th ABW attending Airman Leadership School (ALS) Class 22-F in the ALS classroom at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, Aug. 8, 2022. McCaskey held an open dialogue with the Airmen about leadership traits and expectations of becoming a front-line supervisor. ALS is designed to be an entry level leadership enhancement course to prepare Senior Airmen and Staff Sergeants for positions of greater responsibility.
