Snyder,Snyders Limited,Waterloo, Ont., Director. Co. Brantford, Ont. Mr. Feldkampdealt with animal, liquid and vege-table glues, [explaining- how theyare manufactured and used. In de-scribing the various processesthrough which animal glue passeSjhe showed samples of the raw mat-erial in different stages of manu-facture. Hide glue, which is thehighest quality animal glue made,is produced from the fleshings andcuttings taken from raw hides,while bone glue, is as its name im-plies, made from bones. To-dayglues are tested and graded ac-cording to certain definite stand-ards. The manufacturer of glue aimsat uniformity of grades so 4hat awoodworker buying a certain gradeof glue can be assured of the samequality in each batch received. Vocational or Part Time Schools After the noon adjournment thediscussion on technical trainingwas resumed and a motion approv-ing the efforts of the Labor Com-mittee was unanimously carried.
