A variation from the ordinary Sword Fern which originated in the vicinity of Boston, where it has been in popular favor for a number of years under the name of Bos- ton Fern. The fronds arch and droop over very gracefully, making it an excellent plant to grow as a single specimen on a table or pedestal. Fern, Xejjlirolepsis Exaltata—In M-ell- grown specimens the fronds attain a length of six or seven feet, but only one to three inches wide, and like plumes arching over in every direction, in a most graceful manner.
