FORT IRWIN, Calif. – A Main Battle Tank from Hawg Troop, 2nd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, rolls toward the National Training Center’s Brigade Hill to provide superior firepower in support of dismounted troopers against elements of the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, April 1, 2017. The purpose of this training exercise forced the “Raiders” Brigade to defend an isolated objective from a conventional ground assault force.
