ERIE COUNTY, New York- Extractors found an injured member doing a search and rescue training at the Collative Training Event (CTE). The extractor’s job is to get the member out of the building and into the triage area. The CTE November 14th & 15th took place at Cheektowa Fire Academy. It exercised the New York National Guardsmen and other external agencies response to mass chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear homeland incidents.
