Army Gunner First Class Angelo A. Rizzo, radioman with the 59th Artillery, Coastal Artillery Corps, and Soldier serving during World War I, was issued a mess and boarding card before he boarded the HMT Olympic (sister ship to the Titanic) en route to the European Western Front during World War I. Rizzo’s exhibit is currently on display at the Harbor Defense Museum on Fort Hamilton in New York.
