NORFOLK, Va. (Jan. 25, 2019) The amphibious transport dock ship USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19) enters the basin to return pierside from a dry-docking pier to continue her Docking Phased Maintenance Availability. Mesa Verde is docked at General Dynamics National Steel and Shipbuilding Company (NASSCO) shipyard.
