Enjoying the wonders of the Red Sea coast, Ambassador Jonathan R. Cohen and USAID Mission Director Leslie Reed toured the Hurghada Environmental Protection and Conservation Association (HEPCA) complex in Marsa Alam in February 2022. Since the 1990s, USAID and HEPCA have partnered to protect Egypt’s natural resources and educate Egyptians and tourists on the importance of environmental conservation efforts.
