The Elbit-Aerostar LanceR-C is an upgraded Israeli-Romanian versin of the Mikoyan Mig-21bis "Fishbed" optimised for the air superiority rôle. Three examples, 6707,6305 and 5724, are pictured lined-up in the static park at the RAF Waddington Air Show in 2005, they are all serving with 86 Air Defence Squadron, Romanian Air Force. 6707 was the first aircraft of this modification standard to be produced.
