Designed by local artist, Andy McKeown, the Headlights Tableau is based on photographs of local people, taken, altered on the computer, then mounted in light frames. The tableau also includes celebrity images, including that of comedian, Les Dawson, who lived for many years in St Annes, before his death in 1993.
