170518-N-XJ502-066 FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (May 18, 2017) - Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, are debriefed on how they handled simulated civilian interaction scenario at the entry control point for NMCB 4’s Field Training Exercise (FTX). The FTX prepares and tests the battalion’s ability to enter hostile locations, build assigned construction projects and defend against enemy attacks using realistic scenarios while being evaluated by Naval Construction Group 1.
