The bill included five sections in amplification of the ob- jects intended, making its scope very comprehensive. By amendment the Gov- ernor was given the power of appointing the commission. The bill was put under the head of unfinished business, witb good likelihood of final passage. Its- main object is to get the movement well started now, to provide recommendations- for future legislatures to act upon, -i ^)^ The bill has been passed by the- House and Senate, and has gone to the Governor. Colorado. The Colorado legislature has passed the Beaman game bill, which had been under consideration for some time.
