ONBOARD USS BLUE RIDGE (Nov. 27, 2018) - Senior Chief Electrician's Mate Carlos Nobley, from Albany, Ga., attached to Afloat Training Group (ATG) Western Pacific, observes Sailors aboard 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) as they participate in an engineering drill. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy, and as 7th Fleet command ship, is responsible for patrolling and fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
