Reverend Gordon Smith, Head of the China Beach Orphanage, leads a choral group of children during the dedication ceremonies for the Bruno A. Hochmuth Baby Pavilion in Vietnam. The ceremony took place on April 13, 1970, and the Baby Pavilion is the newest addition to the China Beach Orphanage.
