SILVERDALE, Wash. (June 21, 2021) The Supervisor of the Scientific Services Department at Trident Refit Facility Bangor (TRFB), John Boydon, discusses the operations of his department with the Commanding Officer of TRFB, Capt. Robert Figgs, and the Executive Director of TRFB, Edward Ingles, during a gemba walk in the Scientific Services Department at TRFB. Each week, TRFB leadership personnel visit a different production area of the facility for a first-hand look, which is referred to as a “gemba.”
