Marines with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 365 (Reinforced) conduct maintenance on a CH-53E Super Stallion aboard amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5), March 6, 2017. Currently deployed with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, Marines work night and day to ensure their aircraft are mission ready. The 24th MEU will operate in Europe and the Middle East in the coming months providing crisis response and contingency support for combatant commanders, including maritime security operations, humanitarian assistance, and advance force operations.
