Shelly Beach, Ballina, NSW, Australia. 9th February, 2015. Tadashi Nakahara, 41 has died following a shark attack at Shelly Beach, Ballina, NSW. It is reported the "large" shark attacked from behind and bite off both the mans legs. The attack occured at approx 945am local time.
