Army Sgt. 1st Class Maggie Stokes, enlisted aide to the commanding general, 1st Infantry Division (1 ID) , carries gifts into the Dom Dziecka Sw. Jozefa Zgromadzenia Sióstr Elżbietanek, the Orphanage of St. Joseph of the Congregation of the Elizabethan Sister, in Bolesławiec, Poland, Dec. 1, 2022. The gifts were donated to children living at the orphanage by Soldiers assigned to the 1 ID who are working in communities of NATO allies and regional security partners while providing combat-credible forces to V Corps, America’s forward deployed corps in Europe.
