The limb being placed in the loopof the sling, the front end is to be brought forwardover the opposite shoulder, and the other end overthe shoulder of the same side to meet it at the backof the neck, as seen in the illustration. In thisway the arm will be drawn forward, and can beeasily raised to any height, and the sling will notslip as it always does if tied in the opposite way (Kg- 9)- _ ms. o.
