Bhutanese always have been passionate about their national sport of Archery (locally known as datse). Nearly all villages in the kingdom have archery range. Traditional Archery equipment is a long bamboo bow but most archers now a days use state-of-art carbonite Hoyt brand bow. And good thing is that the use of imported equipment hasn’t diluted the rich tradition of the game.
