In the Cruce Andino region, police belonging to the UMPOAR group (Unidad Móvil de Patrullaje Rural), based in Chimoré, destroy a clandestine laboratory that was manufacturing cocaine. One of the principles of the new MAS government is zero tolerance against drug trafficking. It also wants to process the legalization of coca cultivation for other uses.
