The mission was part of Amphibious Squadron/MEU Integrated Training, the first at-sea period in the 26th MEU’s pre-Deployment Training Program which focuses on strengthening relationships across the Navy/Marine Corps team and increasing lethality in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
