A gigantic aroid plant from Central America, with immense, deeply cut leaves. S3 to $5 each. M. deliciosa {Pertnsa). See Tropical Fruit Plants. MOR(EA iridioides. Natal. An iris-like plant, succeeding here perfectly. With beautiful white flowers. 50 cents each. MURRAYA exotica ( Chalcas Japoneiisis, C. pani- ciilata). A rare Indian plant of the Citrus tribe, of which Mr. E. H. Hart says : "I have bloomed it in previous years, but found it ex- tremely sensitive to cold, so that if the tips of the branches are touched with frost, it dies out, root and branch, even though the lower parts are covered with earth. It is a very handsome, free-growing shrub, with pinnate leaves shaped like those of the Citrus, only smaller, and produces white blooms like those of Gardenia citriodora, and most exquisitely scented. I would not grudge any amount of trouble to have a well-grown plant of it in bloom near my ; 25 cents each. MYRSINE Floridiana. A tender native broad- leaved evergreen, with beautiful, glossy green foliage. Of much value as a decorative plant. 25 cents each. MAHONIA aqaifolia. A hardy shrub ; the leaves are deeply cut and very handsome ; a favorite hedge plant of old English lawns. 50c. each. NANDINA domestica. Japan. A pretty little ever- green shrub with decompound leave
