Reign of Kheperkare Nectanebo I. Limestone. Height: 126 cm; Length: 176 cm. Descovered in temple of Nectanebo I; in the small temple that borders the north side of the alley that unites the 2 temples. The Apis bull was an important sacred animal to the ancient Egyptians. nitially, he was assigned a significant role in her worship, being sacrificed and reborn.
