Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sgt. Wayne Goodman, an operations chief with Site Support Intel Support Battalion (IBS), 4th Force Headquarters Group (FHG), Marine Forces Reserve, is promoted to master gunnery sergeant by Lt. Col. Robert Baskins inspector-instructor of IBS, at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, April 18, 2022. Goodman is the first Marine Corps active reservist within the intelligence community to earn the rank of master gunnery sergeant.
