His son, 5, Abijah, born11th August, 1749 ; married March, 1775, Esther Parker ; she died12th May, 1795 ; and lie married 17th April, 1796, Phebe Boyden ;she died 19th November, 1821 ; he died 19th April, 1824. Aview of the Baker homestead near the center of the town is in-serted ; Dea. E. E. Baker now occupies it.
