When it happens the poor victim getsmore and mora bullied every day, till he becomes apitiable object indeed, if the mischief his notbeen found out and remedied. Now, very fre-quently the bullying has gone a long way andconsiderable harm bsen done before it is dis-covered. This should not be ; a careful andobservant man will notice what is going on.
