Pork sausage advert. 19th-century advert for pork sausages, depicting the winner of a fictional event called the Pork Sausage Derby. This advert appeared on a paper bag dating from 1889. The company marketing the sausages was Harris's Sausages of London, UK, founded by William Harris (), known as the Sausage King of London.
