Protesters and counter-protesters argue during the Washington DC March for Women's Lives the first national demonstration adressing reproductive rights and Roe vs. Wade in 12 years which drew a crowd of between 500 000 and 800 000 people according to unofficial police estimates. Organizers calculated attendance to be approximately Million. The demonstration was co-sponsored by ACLU Black Women's Health Imperative Feminist Majority NARAL Pro-Choice America National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health NOW and Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
