A Command Chief, Change of Authority Ceremony was held recently at the 138th Fighter Wing, Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Chief Master Sgt. Phillip Kaase Jr. salutes Colonel Tray Siegfried, Wing Commander, 138th Fighter Wing, and assumes authority as Command Chief Master Sergeant.
